Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to oversee the operations, performance, and tenant satisfaction across our multi-state commercial portfolio. This role provides strategic leadership, technical guidance, and managerial oversight to ensure consistent building operations and portfolio-wide excellence.

This is an on-site, senior leadership role based in Mount Kisco, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day and long-term property management operations across the portfolio.
• Oversee Property Managers and building operations teams; provide coaching and technical guidance.
• Ensure optimal performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.).
• Manage budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Construction, Finance, and Operations on tenant needs and deal execution.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Implement and enforce operational processes, preventive maintenance, and compliance standards.
• Provide executive updates, risk assessments, and operational recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of building systems and operational best practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties.

Work Environment

• Office-based role with frequent on-site property visits.
• Ability to walk buildings, access mechanical areas, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
