Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Associate will support and coordinate various activities of this dynamic New York City-based trade association in the commercial real estate industry.
DUTIES
Maintain and update Membership Roster and Website using Customer Relationship
Management System (CRM)
Support Executive Director and Staff in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to producing invoices, emails and invitations
Track and report on key project dates
Provide staff services in support of and at Special Events and committee meetings
Monitor and order office supplies
Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual events and educational programming, as assigned
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
Two years of related work experience
Prior experience and proficiency in working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) or AMS (Association Management Software)
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritize work flow
Good written and verbal communication skills
SALARY RANGE
$60,000-$65,000 annually
